Agreement Framework
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by Nordic Supply Pro, a professional B2B agency registered in Denmark (CVR: 52657554). By engaging our logistics advisory or supply chain management services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions in their entirety.
Our operations are localized to the Denmark and greater Northern infrastructure. Use of this website and any subsequent service agreements are subject to the specific regulatory environment of the Skat (Danish Customs) and EU distribution directives.

The Agency Mandate
Scope EntryNordic Supply Pro functions as an advisory and strategic agency. We assist in mapping, sourcing, and distribution strategy. We are not a carrier, a freight forwarder, or a physical storage provider unless explicitly stated in a signed physical warehousing contract. Our digital platform provides informational visibility, not real-time satellite tracking or autonomous booking.
The Supply Fabric
Conceptual DefinitionRefers to the combination of sourcing routes, regional distribution networks, and customs compliance checkpoints managed under our strategic guidance. This "Fabric" represents the connectivity we create between international brands and Nordic market entry points.
Regional Distribution Hub
Resource LimitDefined as our partner facilities in Denmark. Use of these hubs is capped by physical storage capacity. Hazardous goods, perishables requiring specific refrigeration beyond standard warehouse climate control, and restricted substances are excluded unless pre-authorized via formal custom clearance.
Key Regulatory Guardrail
All inbound freight must comply with SKAT regulations prior to entering Denmark. Failure to provide accurate manifests results in immediate suspension of distribution services.

Strategic Conduct
Accuracy of Manifests
Clients are solely responsible for the precision of Bill of Materials, shipping manifests, and VAT declarations. Nordic Supply Pro facilitates the distribution, but liability for misdeclared tonnage or tariff classifications remains with the registered cargo owner.
Intellectual Property
The "Supply Fabric" methodology, custom-built regional distribution profiles, and advisory reports remain the property of Nordic Supply Pro. Use is licensed for internal supply chain optimization only.
Prohibited Conduct
- Use of our regional hubs for goods that violate Danish import prohibitions.
- Attempting to bypass our established customs protocols through unofficial documentation.
- Automated scraping of our Industry Insights or Strategic Sourcing databases.
- Representation of our agency as the primary party in legal transport liability disputes.
Limitation of Liability
Nordic Supply Pro provides its platform and agency services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a high-precision verification of partner capacities and regional regulatory alignment, we do not guarantee specific delivery windows or real-time status accuracy.
In no event shall Nordic Supply Pro, its directors, or its partners be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, cargo delay costs, or logistics overhead increases resulting from acts of God, strikes, or regional infrastructure failures.
Force Majeure Clause
Our obligations are suspended during events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Nordic sea weather conditions, border closure via political mandate, Danish labor union strikes (Strejke), and large-scale regional power grid disruptions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
Conflict Triage
Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to undertake a 30-day internal resolution period. A lead agency advisor will be assigned to review the logistics logs and documentation.

Nordic Supply Pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in Danish customs law, Nordic shipping treaties, or our agency capabilities.
